基于实车道路试验与虚拟样机仿真,预测并分析了自卸车车架在大波形路形曲线激励下的疲劳寿命。用陀螺仪实时采集车架俯仰角信号,经过积分重构处理,可得路面的大波形位移曲线。将其与由加速度传感器采集的小波形路形曲线相叠加,可重构出完整的路面谱曲线。建立自卸车车架的有限元模型,通过惯性释放法获取应力分布,在HyperWorks/Fatigue中进行车架的疲劳寿命分析。研究表明,大波形路谱数据对车架疲劳危险点的分布位置及寿命长度都有影响,对整车传动系统的安装位置未产生破坏性影响。
Based on real vehicle road test and virtual prototype simulation, the fatigue life of dump truck frame under the excitation of large waveform road shape curve is predicted and analyzed. The gyroscope real-time acquisition of the pitch angle signal, through the integral reconstruction process, the road can be a large waveform displacement curve. By superimposing it with the small waveform of the road shape collected by the acceleration sensor, the complete spectrum of the road surface can be reconstructed. The finite element model of the dump truck frame is established, the stress distribution is obtained by the inertial release method, and the fatigue life analysis of the frame is carried out in HyperWorks / Fatigue. The research shows that the large waveform data has an impact on the distribution position and life span of the dangerous point of frame fatigue, and has no devastating effect on the installation position of the vehicle transmission system.
