以卵圆孔和下颌神经为主要标志,用颅内、外相结合的显露方法,在刚出卵圆孔的下颌神经腹内侧获取大鼠的耳神经节14个,再切片后美蓝染色,显微镜下观察和测量耳神经节的形态特点及主神经元数。大鼠耳神经节为0.96mm×0.47mm×0.68mm的圆锥形或卵圆形,其主神经元数为(1494.8±281.8)个。认为本文显露耳神经节的途径直捷、可靠,美蓝染色观察神经节的方法简易快速,不失为初步研究周围神经节形态的有效方法。
