通过6组梁式试件的疲劳加载试验,研究混凝土强度与疲劳荷载幅值对碳纤维复材(CFRP)与混凝土界面间有效黏结长度的影响,建立梁式试验构件的疲劳寿命计算式。试验结果显示:疲劳荷载幅值T及混凝土强度对碳纤维复材与混凝土界面间有效黏结长度影响不显著,有效黏结长度确定在40 mm左右;构件疲劳寿命随混凝土强度增大而增加,随疲劳荷载幅值T增大而大幅度减小,绘出相应的T-N曲线、fcm-N曲线,并推导出反映混凝土强度和疲劳幅值影响的疲劳寿命表达式,计算结果与试验结果符合较好。
Through the fatigue loading test of six beam specimens, the influence of concrete strength and fatigue load amplitude on the effective bond length between CFRP and concrete interface was studied, and the fatigue life formula of beam test member was established. The results show that fatigue load amplitude T and concrete strength have no significant effect on the effective bond length between carbon fiber composite and concrete, the effective bond length is about 40 mm, and the fatigue life of component increases with the increase of concrete strength. With the fatigue load The amplitude T is increased and greatly reduced, and the corresponding TN curve and fcm-N curve are plotted, and the fatigue life expression reflecting the influence of concrete strength and fatigue amplitude is derived. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
