交通部公路货运管理和数据库技术考察组一行五人于1986年1月5日至18日,对巴西经济比较发达的东部沿海地区的里约热内卢、色比提巴、维多利亚、阿雷兰德港、佛罗里安诺波立斯、库里提巴、巴拉那瓜、圣保罗及首都巴西利亚等地区的港口集疏运情况(港口货场、仓库、停车场、集装箱码头、专用码头的装卸设备等)、公路(高速公路、公路施工情况)、货运公司(货运中转站、大件货物运输分公司、装运小客车的运输分公司、杂货运输分公司)、客运站、汽车制造厂、巴西公路货运协会(NTC)进行了考察。通过考察了解到巴西无论是公路建设,还是运输工具、设施及管理都达到较高水平,很多地方值得我们借鉴。现将巴西公路运输及管理情况介绍如下。

Through the investigation, we learned that Brazil has achieved a high level of both highway construction and transportation, facilities and management, and many places deserve our help. Now Brazil’s road transport and management are described below.
