本实验对正常成年雄性BALB/c小白鼠肾上腺髓质细胞进行了透射电镜观察。肾上腺髓质细胞内含有丰富的膜包分泌颗粒,根据分泌颗粒的大小、形态、电子密度及空晕的不同,髓质细胞可以分为两种,即肾上腺素细胞和去甲肾上腺素细胞。这两种细胞根据胞质电子密度不同,又都可以分为明暗两种类型。戊二醛不但是肾上腺髓质细胞的良好的固定剂,也是区别肾上腺素颗粒和去甲肾上腺素颗粒的良好的组化试剂。本实验还应用体视学方法对肾上腺素颗粒和去甲肾上腺素颗粒进行了处理,得出了这两种颗粒的总体平均直径,并从视体学角度对以前的两种测量方法的错误进行了分析。
This experiment on normal adult male BALB / c mouse adrenal medulla cells were observed by transmission electron microscopy.
