针对常用的防磨方法和涂层材料对FNi-15镍基合金、FNiWC35镍基碳化钨合金喷涂层,FNi-15镍基合金、FNiWC25及FNiWC35镍基碳化钨合金喷熔层,3Cr13合金喷涂层,D667高铬铸铁和VAUTID耐磨材料堆焊层进行了硬度试验、磨粒磨损及冲蚀磨损试验,为煤粉风机防磨处理方法和材料的选择提供了理论依据。研究表明:不同的防磨方法和涂层材料在不同磨损工况下表现出完全不同的抗磨效果,镍基及镍基碳化钨喷熔层最适合于煤粉风机不同部位的防磨强化。
FNi-15 nickel base alloy, FNiWC35 nickel base tungsten carbide alloy sprayed coating, FNi-15 nickel base alloy, FNiWC25 and FNiWC35 nickel-based tungsten carbide alloy sprayed layer, 3Cr13 alloy sprayed coating for common wear-resistant methods and coating materials , D667 high-chromium cast iron and VAUTID wear-resistant material surfacing layer hardness test, abrasive wear and erosion wear test provides a theoretical basis for the choice of pulverized coal mill wear treatment methods and materials. The results show that different anti-wear methods and coating materials show completely different anti-wear effects under different wear conditions. The nickel-based and nickel-based tungsten carbide spray layers are most suitable for the anti-wear strengthening of different parts of the pulverized coal fan.
