目的了解我省省级、省辖市级和省直管县(市)疾病预防控制中心公共卫生人力资源现状,为培养基层公共卫生人才提供依据。方法对全省省级、省辖市级和省直管县(市)疾病预防控制中心进行问卷调查,对调查数据进行统计分析。结果省CDC从事公共卫生工作人员20人,18家省辖市CDC 165人,10家省直管县(市)CDC74人,共计259人。所有被调查的人员中,男性153人,占59.07%;30岁以下、30岁~、40岁~和50岁以上的人员数(比例)分别为50人(19.31%)、72人(27.80%)、80人(30.89%)和57人(22.01%);从事营养与食品安全、环境卫生、学校卫生和公共卫生专业的人分别有18.92%、22.39%、19.31%和36.29%;具有博士、硕士、本科、专科学历的人分别占0.39%、9.27%、43.24%和41.7%;具有正高、副高、中级和初级职称的人分别占5.79%、10.42%、27.03%和39.00%;从事本专业工作5年以下、5年~、10年~、20年~和30年以上的人分别占27.80%、25.87%、18.92%、16.60%和10.81%。结论营养与食品安全、环境卫生和学校卫生等公共卫生队伍力量亟待增强。
Objective To understand the status quo of public health human resources in Shaanxi provincial, provincial and municipal straight-line CDC (CDC) Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to provide the basis for training grassroots public health professionals. Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out on the provincial CDCs, provincial municipalities and provincial CDCs (cities) CDC to conduct statistical analysis of the survey data. Results Provincial CDC engaged in public health workers 20 people, 18 provincial CDC 165 people, 10 provinces (cities) CDC74 people, a total of 259 people. Among all the investigated persons, 153 were males, accounting for 59.07% of the total; 50 (19.31%), 72 (27.80%) were under the age of 30, 30 years old, 40 years old and over 50 years old ), 80 (30.89%) and 57 (22.01%) respectively, with 18.92%, 22.39%, 19.31% and 36.29% respectively in nutrition and food safety, environmental hygiene, school health and public health. Master’s, undergraduate and specialist qualifications accounted for 0.39%, 9.27%, 43.24% and 41.7% of the total respectively; those with positive, senior high, intermediate and junior titles accounted for 5.79%, 10.42%, 27.03% and 39.00% respectively; Professional work less than 5 years, 5 years ~ 10 years ~ 20 years ~ and 30 years accounted for 27.80%, 25.87%, 18.92%, 16.60% and 10.81% respectively. Conclusion The strength of public health teams such as nutrition and food safety, sanitation and school hygiene needs to be strengthened urgently.
