针对基础油供应链中的库存问题,利用生产商比分销商库存成本低的优势,提出了生产商为分销商承担部分库存的缓冲库存合作方法。基于以供应链整体利润为目标函数的缓冲库存合作模型,利用粒子群算法对供应链的利润函数进行了最大化求解,验证了缓冲库存合作方法在提高供应链整体利润上的有效性。通过分析缓冲库存合作方法在客户满意度上的不足,提出了在缓冲库存合作上加入集群式库存合作的改进方法,并建立了以供应链整体利润为目标函数的集群式供应链库存合作模型。通过对供应链整体利润的最大化求解,验证了模型在提高供应链整体利润上的有效性。同时通过分析,说明了集群式供应链库存合作方法在提高客户满意度上的有效性。
In view of the inventory problem in the base oil supply chain, using the advantage of the manufacturer’s lower inventory cost than the distributors, a buffered inventory cooperation method in which the manufacturer undertakes partial inventory for the distributor is proposed. Based on the buffered inventory cooperation model which takes the overall profit of the supply chain as the objective function, the profit function of the supply chain is maximally solved using the particle swarm algorithm, and the effectiveness of the buffered inventory cooperation method in improving the overall profit of the supply chain is verified. By analyzing the shortcomings of the buffer inventory cooperation method in customer satisfaction, this paper proposes an improved method to join the cluster inventory cooperation in the buffer inventory cooperation, and establishes a cluster supply chain inventory cooperation model that takes the overall profit of the supply chain as the objective function. By maximizing the overall profitability of the supply chain, the effectiveness of the model in improving the overall profitability of the supply chain is verified. At the same time, the analysis shows that the cluster supply chain cooperation method is effective in improving customer satisfaction.
