系统在分析高职院校招生工作任务、内容和流程的基础上,使用VB和SQL SERVER技术构建新生录取报到管理系统。系统通过导入“全国普通高校招生管理系统院校端子系统”已录取的投档单和照片等数据,实现新生录取后的各种文档打印、报到入学管理和数据的统计比对等功能。可以使院校的录取、报到工作规范化,系统化,程序化,提高信息处理的速度和准确性,能够及时、准确、有效的对录取报到工作进行管理。
On the basis of analyzing the tasks, contents and processes of enrollment in higher vocational colleges, the system uses VB and SQL SERVER technology to build a new student enrollment management system. The system realizes the printing of all kinds of documents after admission, the enrollment management and the statistical comparison of data by importing the data such as the cast single and photos that have already been accepted into the system of terminal system of colleges and universities in the country. It can make the enrollment and registration work of institutions standardized, systematized and programmed, improve the speed and accuracy of information processing, and can timely, accurately and effectively manage the admission and registration work.
