新近提出的三波长分光光度测定法,是一种计算测定法。它是基于在干扰组分的吸收光谱中具有线性吸收的三个波长上进行对被测组分的吸光度的测量,然后通过计算而求得被测组分的含量。与双波长分光光度测定法相比,三波长法对于扣除散射影响更为准确,它更适用于生物组织液分析。另外,对于在干扰组分的吸收光谱上找不到合适的等吸收点的情况,用一般的仪器就无法进行双波长法测定,而应用三波长法就有可能实现测定。现有的三波长测定法是求算如图1中所示的△A值。显然,在这种情况下三波长法测定
The newly proposed three-wavelength spectrophotometry is a computational assay.
