数据监护对于科学数据的管理和完善至关重要,本文首先介绍数据监护的概念和背景,概述美国和欧洲的研究与实践活动,然后以英国国家档案馆(UKDA)作为案例研究对象,深入解析其数据监护实践的四个方面:处理流程、质量控制、数字资源保存策略和可信的数字资源仓储平台,以期对我国的科学数据监护提供参考和借鉴。
Data monitoring is crucial for the management and improvement of scientific data. This paper first introduces the concept and background of data monitoring, summarizes the research and practice activities in the United States and Europe, and then takes the UK National Archives (UKDA) as the case study object to analyze in depth The four aspects of data custody practice are as follows: process flow, quality control, digital resource preservation strategy and trusted digital resource warehousing platform in order to provide references for the scientific data monitoring in our country.
