CCS水电站位于南美洲厄瓜多尔国,总装机容量1500 MW,为EPC总承包项目。CCS水电站首部枢纽设计根据水文泥沙条件、地形地质特点,电站运行要求并结合施工导流布置提出了技术可行,经济合理的首部枢纽布置方案;根据不同建筑物地基的特性及运行要求提出安全可靠、经济可行的基础处理方案,从监测结果来看,地基基础处理达到较好的效果,有效解决了地基基础的沉降变形问题,实际沉降量远小于规范允许最大沉降量,均满足工程运行要求。文章结合引水式电站首部枢纽布置所涉及的工程要素及特点,介绍了CCS水电站首部枢纽设计特点,为在建及待建类似工程设计提供参考。
