现代学徒制模式符合产业转型升级背景下企业对高素质高技能人才的需求,在校企合作过程中,高职财务管理专业由于专业特点限制,导致学校和企业组织教学都遇到内部管理、培养成本和风险管控等系列问题。解决这些问题需要建立一套比较科学的教学体系运行机制,建立“现代学徒制+行业联盟”教学组织机制,以四大职业核心能力层次为基础设置课程模块,科学安排工学交替分阶段教学,创新课程管理与教评方式,充分利用校内生产性实训基地实施真实岗位教学活动,比较适合高职财务管理专业现代学徒制人才培养的实际。
