目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定小儿清热止咳口服液中黄芩苷的含量。方法:采用Diamonsil C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水-磷酸溶液(50:50:0.3)为流动相,流速1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长276 nm。结果:线性范围0.083～0.92μg(r=0.999 9)。平均回收率为95.4%,RSD 0.8%(n=5)。结论:本法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于该制剂质量控制。
Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Xiaoer Qingre Zhike Oral Liquid. METHODS: A Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water-phosphoric acid (50:50:0.3) and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1. Wavelength 276 nm. Results: The linear range was 0.083-0.92 μg (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 95.4% and RSD 0.8% (n=5). Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
