爱读书、善作书评,是从“服务型馆员”向“学习型馆员”转型升级的基本人文素养,也是走向“研究性馆员”的重要路径~([1])。本文以济宁医学院图书馆为例,对目前馆员阅读与馆员书评严重缺失的现状进行了调查分析,提出了阅读与书评联动模式立体化构建的路径,以期引起图书馆与广大馆员对馆员阅读与馆员书评的重视,努力提升自身的人文素养,为构建书香社会打下坚实的基础。
Love reading, good book reviews, is from the “service librarian ” to “learning librarian ” transformation and upgrading of the basic humanities, is also an important path toward “research librarian” ~ ([1] ). Taking Jining Medical College Library as an example, this paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of the serious lack of reading among library staff and book reviewers, and puts forward the way to construct the three-dimensional pattern of the linkage between reading and book review in order to arouse the interest of libraries and librarians Librarians read the book reviews and librarians attention, and strive to enhance their own humanistic accomplishments, to build a scholarly society and lay a solid foundation.
