继我县“教育年”,“科技年”之后,县委、县政府结合实际及时确定今年为“经科教一体化发展年”。这是贯彻执行党的十三届八中全会和中央工作会议精神的具体行动,是实施“科技兴县,教育为本战略的进一步深化。毛主席早就指出:“政治路线确定之后,干部就是决定的因素”。如何深入实施“科教兴县”战略,不仅取决于干部,而且更重要地取决于各级领导干部和广大群众“科教兴县”的首位意识。一、意识的本质和作用辩证唯物主义科学地阐明意识的本质在于:意识是物资长期发展的结果,是社会的产物,是人脑的机能,是物质的反映。通过实施“科技兴县,教育为本”战略,推动了长葛社会经济的持续稳定发展。
