目的:探讨卵母细胞胞质中央颗粒化在辅助生殖技术中对受精、早期胚胎发育、囊胚形成及临床妊娠结局的影响。方法:回顾性分析华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院生殖中心2010年4月~2011年3月常规体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)或卵细胞胞质内单精子注射术(ICSI)治疗的患者,选取全部卵母细胞胞质中央颗粒化的89例患者作为胞质中央颗粒化组,随机选择同期卵母细胞形态无异常的335例患者作为胞质形态正常组,比较两组间受精、早期胚胎发育、囊胚形成及妊娠结局的差异。结果:胞质形态正常组与胞质中央颗粒化组之间的受精率、优质胚胎率、可利用胚胎率及囊胚形成率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组间的新鲜周期胚胎着床率、临床妊娠率和流产率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:卵母细胞胞质中央颗粒化可能影响其受精、胚胎发育及囊胚的形成。
Objective: To investigate the effect of central granulation of oocyte cytoplasm on fertilization, early embryo development, blastocyst formation and clinical pregnancy outcome in assisted reproductive technology. Methods: Retrospective analysis of reproductive center of Tongji Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology from April 2010 to March 2011 was performed by conventional in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) or intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) Patients, select all the oocyte cytoplasm of the central granulation of 89 patients as the cytoplasmic central granulation group randomly selected the same period of the same morphology of the oocyte in 335 patients as a normal group of cytoplasm morphology, fertilization, Differences in early embryo development, blastocyst formation and pregnancy outcomes. Results: There were significant differences in fertilization rate, quality embryo rate, available embryo rate and blastocyst formation rate between normal group and cytoplasmic granulation group (P <0.05) Cycle embryo implantation rate, clinical pregnancy rate and abortion rate was no significant difference (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Central granulation of oocyte cytoplasm may affect fertilization, embryo development and blastocyst formation.
