目的探讨影模拟并3D打印模型指导下徒手置入颈椎椎弓根螺钉治疗颈椎外伤骨折脱位的准确性和安全性。方法4例颈椎外伤骨折脱位患者,术前进行薄层CT检查并三维重建,在图像上测量拟置入椎弓根螺钉的方向、长度等信息并模拟置钉,术中参照3D打印模型、术前测量数据定位椎弓根,完成徒手置钉和固定。观察治疗效果。结果4例患者共置入23枚椎弓根螺钉,未发生螺钉进入椎管或横突孔、穿出椎弓根外壁、突破椎体前壁等问题。1年后随访,日本骨科协会颈髓功能评分系统(JOA)评分增加(6.2±3.9)分,复查数字化摄影(DR)片显示手术节段
