烟草中所含的多环芳香烃和尼古丁等物质能通过多种途径影响抗肿瘤药物的药动学和药效学参数,改变药物在体内的清除率和系统暴露量,降低药效,提高不良反应的发生率.本文将综述吸烟与不同类型抗肿瘤药间的药物相互作用,以期为临床用药提供理论参考,增加抗肿瘤药的临床用药合理性,避免严重不良反应的发生.“,”Tobacco contains a lot of toxic chemicals such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and nicotine which can significantly affect the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamics parameters of antineoplastic agents through a variety of ways. It will change the clearance rate of drugs, the system exposure and reduce the efficacy of medicine, the incidence of adverse reactions. This paper will review the latest research progress on the interaction between cigarette smoking and different kinds of antineoplastic drugs. It will provide theoretical reference for clinical drug using. Thus, it will be helpful to increase the rationality of clinical use of antineoplastic agents and avoid the occurrence of serious drug reactions.
