提升党员干部民主意识,是党内民主建设的内在要求和重要保证。目前部分党员普遍缺失民主意识,成为影响党内民主建设的一个重要障碍。对此我们要予以足够的重视。在深刻分析其形成原因的基础上,应该多途径地提出增强党员干部民主意识的主要对策。
To enhance the democratic awareness of party members and cadres is an inherent requirement and an important guarantee for the intra-party democracy. At present, some party members generally lack the sense of democracy and become an important obstacle to the construction of inner-party democracy. We should pay enough attention to this. On the basis of deeply analyzing the reasons for its formation, we should put forward many measures to enhance the democratic awareness of party members and cadres in many ways.
