长期以来西方学术界对日本企业的管理制度都抱有很大的兴趣,20世纪80年代更是研究的黄金时期。但是这些研究存在重大的缺失。为弥补这个缺失,有必要对“会社”这一日本本土概念作系统的分析,并了解“会社”这一概念对日本企业管理制度所带来的重大影响,即在阐明“会社”含义基础上,从“会社”与股东、管理层及员工的三层关系真正理解日本企业的组织运作模式。
For a long time, western academia has great interest in the management system of Japanese enterprises. In the 1980s, it was the golden age of study. But there is a big gap in these studies. To make up for this deficiency, it is necessary to make a systematic analysis of the Japanese concept of “club” and to understand the significant impact that the concept of “club” has on the Japanese enterprise management system. That is, Based on the meaning of “clubs”, we truly understand the organizational operation mode of Japanese enterprises from the three-tier relationship with shareholders, management and employees.
