拟除虫菊酯是一类新型的农业杀虫剂,其急性中毒国内尚少报道,本刊先后收到8篇有关文稿,计36例,综述如下。资料分析发病情况:36例中男性13例,女性23例。年龄19～35岁33例,2岁、3岁及62岁各1例。口服中毒23例,就诊时间1/2～10小时,服药量40～200ml;喷洒作业皮肤接触中毒13例,接触时间10小时～7天。其中杀虫菊酯中毒21例,溴氰菊酯14例,氯氰菊酯1例。临床表现:主要表现为头痛、头晕、乏力各26例,恶心24例,心率增快13例,心率过缓3例,血压升高、 Pyrethroid is a new type of agricultural pesticide, its acute poisoning is still little reported in our country, this issue has received 8 articles, accounting for 36 cases, summarized as follows.
