目的了解珠海市职业人群布鲁氏菌病的感染情况、分布特征及流行规律。方法采用血清流行病学监测方法,选取2010-2012年珠海西部地区与牲畜及畜产品有接触的重点人群,设计问卷调查表进行流行病学调查,并采集重点人群血清进行虎红平板凝集试验(RBPT)检测布鲁氏菌抗体。收集2010-2012年珠海市阳性布鲁氏菌病病例资料进行流行病学分析。结果 2010-2012年珠海市共监测布鲁氏菌高危人群508人,共检出阳性感染者46例,检出率9.2%。阳性感染者以青壮年为主,学历普遍较低,主要从事喂料和挤奶工作,从事幼畜接生工作感染布鲁氏菌的可能性高于其他工种(OR=7.04)。职业人群的布病知识知晓率逐年升高。结论珠海市职业人群布鲁氏菌感染阳性率较高,幼畜接生工作感染布鲁氏菌病的危险性大。
Objective To understand the prevalence, distribution characteristics and prevalence of brucellosis among occupational population in Zhuhai. Methods Serum epidemiological surveillance methods were used to select the key populations in western Zhuhai from the period of 2010-2012, which were in contact with livestock and livestock products. The questionnaires were designed for epidemiological investigation and the serums from key populations were collected for tiger red plate agglutination test RBPT) for detection of Brucella antibodies. Epidemiological analysis of cases of positive Brucellosis in Zhuhai from 2010 to 2012 was conducted. Results From 2010 to 2012, Zhuhai City, a total of 508 people at high risk of brucellosis were detected, were detected in 46 cases of positive infection, the detection rate of 9.2%. Positive infections were mainly young and middle-aged, with generally lower academic qualifications. They were mainly engaged in feeding and milking. They were more likely to be brucellosis-infected neonates during delivery than those of other types of workers (OR = 7.04). Occupational groups awareness of brucellosis increased year by year. Conclusion The positive rate of brucellosis in occupational population in Zhuhai is high, and the risk of Brucellosis infection in young pups is high.
