传统中草药莲子心早已被广泛使用,它具有抗炎,抗氧化,降血压等多种生物活性。不久前莲子心被发现还具有舒张气道平滑肌的功效,是通过抑制电压依耐性L型钙通道和非选择性阳离子通道电流实现的。因此我们选取莲子心中起作用的有效单体甲基莲心碱作为实验对象,实验中甲基莲心碱完全抑制了电压依耐性L型钙通道电流。表明甲基莲心碱可以阻塞电压依耐性L型钙通道,从而导致气管平滑肌的舒张,甲基莲心碱是莲子心舒张气道平滑肌的有效成分,可以作为一种潜在的支气管扩张剂。

Necronectin can block the voltage-dependent L-type calcium channel, leading to the relaxation of tracheal smooth muscle. Neferine is an effective component of lotus heart-relaxing airway smooth muscle and can be used as a potential bronchodilator.
