近年来,自由基生物学和脂质过氧化理论的兴起和发展,为阐明某些毒物的毒作用机理开辟了新的途径。本文仅就近年来有关石棉纤维致病的自由基机理的某些研究情况做一概述。
In recent years, the rise and development of the theory of free radical biology and lipid peroxidation have opened up new avenues for elucidating the toxic mechanism of some poisons. This article summarizes only some of the recent studies on the free radical mechanism of asbestos fiber pathogenesis.
