我厂在自制锥度线切割机中,采用了上海机床电器厂的方案,导轮设计是宝石轴承的(示意图“1”),但由于宝石轴承薄小而易碎,而且硬度很高,故很快将导轮两端尖部磨损或将宝石轴承碰碎。后又将宝石轴承改为锡磷青铜材料,但也不理想,由于钼丝对导轮有一定的拉力,使用一段时间后导轮尖部就将铜轴承孔扩大,并将导轮滑脱,不能正常工作,影响精度和光洁度。
