为了研究联接松动后组配式半骨盆假体应力分布的变化,建立了组配式半骨盆假体重建后的骨盆三维有限元模型,模型包含骶骨、髂骨、股骨、主要韧带结构及半骨盆假体。利用半骨盆模型模拟了在组配式半骨盆假体中单个和多个骨盆紧固螺钉松动时组配式假体的应力分布情况。计算结果表明:靠近骨盆弓状线处紧固螺钉的松动对组配式半骨盆假体应力分布影响最大;远离骨盆弓状线的紧固螺钉的松动对组配式假体应力分布影响较小。
In order to study the changes of the stress distribution of modular semi-pelvic prosthesis after loose coupling, a three-dimensional finite element model of the pelvis after assembly pelvic prosthesis reconstruction was established. The model includes the sacrum, ilium, femur, major ligament structure and semi-pelvis Prosthesis. The semi-pelvic model was used to simulate the stress distribution of the modular prosthesis when the single and multiple pelvic fastening screws were loosened in the modular semi-pelvic prosthesis. The results show that the loosening of the fastening screw near the pelvic arch line has the strongest influence on the stress distribution of the hemi-pelvic prosthesis. The loosening of the fastening screw away from the pelvic arch line has little effect on the stress distribution of the hemi-pelvic prosthesis .
