中国共产党从革命根据地时期到今天,一直在进行依法治国的探索,从中国共产党依法治国的历程可以看出:只有正确认识、处理法治与人治这一基本问题,依法治国才能得到真正的全面的落实;只有以辩证思维认识处理加强党的领导与维护法律权威的关系,才能防止认识和实践中的偏差,正确贯彻依法治国;只有正确认识处理改革与法治的关系,把依法治国作为全面深化改革的基本方略,才能使改革持续、健康发展,保证国家长治久安;只有下大力气建设法治文化,才能为法律制度、规则提供价值支撑、精神动力和舆论支持,保证法律的制定、遵守和实施。
