将电热回转窑用于湖北某地石煤的动态氧化焙烧中,得出了最佳焙烧条件:填充率16%,焙烧温度800℃,焙烧时间2.5h,加盐量10%。对比马弗炉静态焙烧试验,回转窑动态焙烧能显著降低盐量和焙烧温度,同时一次水浸率明显提高,焙烧温度由850℃降低为800℃,加盐量从18%降低到10%,一次水浸率由64.03%提高到72.64%。
The electrothermal rotary kiln was used in the dynamic oxidation calcination of stone coal in a certain place in Hubei. The optimum calcination conditions were as follows: the filling rate was 16%, the calcination temperature was 800 ℃, the calcination time was 2.5h and the amount of salt was 10%. Compared with the static roasting test in muffle furnace, the dynamic roasting in rotary kiln can significantly reduce the salt content and roasting temperature, meanwhile the water leaching rate obviously increases. The roasting temperature is lowered from 850 ℃ to 800 ℃, the salt content is reduced from 18% to 10% Once the flooding rate increased from 64.03% to 72.64%.
