我们工厂青年职工多,30岁以下的占职工总数的74.2%。过去,工厂仅有一个五百平方米的幼儿园,面积小,人员少,条件差。因此,许多职工子女不能入园,家长们常常为之发愁。随着工厂规模的不断扩大和婴幼儿的大量增加,我们党委感到,工厂的幼托工作与实际需要已不相适应。为了尽快解决职工子女“入托难”的问题,我们于一九八二年又新建了一个总面积为一千五百平方米、设施条件较好的幼儿园,内有活动室、卧室、晨检室、炊事房、娱乐场地、体育器材等。为提高保教质量,我们加强了幼师队伍的建设。八一年,我们将十名具有高中文化程度、思想表现较好、热心幼教工作的女青年,送到无锡师范学校幼师班接受正规培训,改善了幼师的素质。在去年文明礼貌月活动中,我
