目的研究强心颗粒的活血化瘀作用。方法利用肾上腺素造成小鼠肠系膜微循环障碍,观察强心颗粒对小鼠肠系膜微循环的影响;大鼠两次冰水刺激,期间皮下注射盐酸肾上腺素注射液0.08 mL/100 g,造成大鼠血瘀模型,观察药物对大鼠血液流变学的影响。结果强心颗粒低剂量21.5 g/kg、中剂量43 g/kg、高剂量86 g/kg组均能加快小鼠血流速度,改善血流状态,改善小鼠微循环障碍;强心颗粒中剂量30 g/kg、高剂量60 g/kg组能明显降低大鼠高、中、低切状态下的血黏度,其中高剂量组能降低红细胞压积,中剂量组能加快红细胞电泳时间。结论强心颗粒具有明显的活血化瘀作用。
Objective To study the role of Qiangxin Granule in promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Methods The mesenteric microcirculation was induced by epinephrine in mice. The effects of Qiangxin Granules on the mesenteric microcirculation of mice were observed. Rats were stimulated by iced water twice a day, and epinephrine hydrochloride injection 0.08 mL / 100 g Blood stasis model was used to observe the effect of drugs on hemorrheology in rats. Results Qiangxin granule could accelerate the blood flow velocity, improve blood flow state and improve the microcirculation disturbance of mice in low dose of 21.5 g / kg, medium dose of 43 g / kg and high dose of 86 g / kg; The doses of 30 g / kg and 60 g / kg of high dose could significantly reduce the blood viscosity of rats under high, medium and low cut conditions, and the high dose group could reduce the hematocrit while the middle dose group could accelerate the erythrocyte electrophoresis time. Conclusion Qiangxin Granule has the obvious effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
