研究了热处理工艺对铜包铝复合丝材界面的影响,用扩散等金属学理论分析了铜包铝复合丝界面。结果表明,通过固-液浇注法和拉拔加工的方法制备铜包铝复合丝材,高温退火的复合试样难以进行塑性加工,而低温退火能使界面结合牢固;最佳的退火温度为400℃;保温时间为1 h。铜包铝丝材加工性能变化的规律主要是退火温度对材料的软化、界面扩散的影响。
The effect of heat treatment process on the interface of copper clad aluminum clad wire was studied. The interface of copper clad aluminum clad wire was analyzed by diffusion theory. The results show that the copper-clad aluminum composite wire can be prepared by solid-liquid casting and drawing process. The high temperature annealed composite sample is difficult to plasticize, while the low temperature annealed can make the interface bond firmly. The optimum annealing temperature is 400 ℃; holding time is 1 h. Copper clad aluminum wire processing properties of the law is mainly the annealing temperature on the softening of the material, the interface diffusion.
