近年,随着实验血液学研究的进展,对构成造血微环境重要成分之一的骨髓基质细胞逐渐被人们所认识。了解到它对造血细胞的增殖与分化起着重要作用;本室的研究结果也发现回输的骨髓基质细胞对小鼠重度放射损伤造血恢复有明显疗效。但是,对骨髓基质细胞的来源、细胞构成及其功能性质还有待进一步研究。本文应用细胞化学、Fc受体检查和GM-CSF的测定,对正常与受照豚鼠,C_57小鼠体外培养骨髓基质贴壁细胞的构成及其上清液GM-CFU对刺激作用进行了研究。结果表明:正常与受照C_57小鼠和豚鼠骨
In recent years, with the progress of experimental hematology, bone marrow stromal cells, one of the most important components in hematopoietic microenvironment, are gradually recognized. Learned that it plays an important role in proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic cells; the results of this study also found that transfused bone marrow stromal cells have a significant effect on hematopoietic recovery after severe radiation injury in mice. However, the origin of bone marrow stromal cells, cell composition and functional properties remains to be further studied.
