针对传统电外科射频能量发生器存在开关损耗大、功率转换效率较低的问题,提出一种基于高效率DE类功放的电外科射频能量发生器设计方案。对DE类电外科射频功率放大电路进行简化分析,说明其工作过程满足E类零电压转换(ZVS)和零电压导数转换(ZDS)条件,能够有效降低高频下的开关损耗,并针对电外科手术过程中负载变化的情况给出相应的功率和效率的变化曲线。仿真和实际电路测试表明,DE类射频功放在高频下的转换效率很高,在理想负载(300Ω)下实际最高功率转换效率可达96.2%。
Aiming at the problem of large switching loss and low power conversion efficiency of traditional electrosurgical RF energy generator, a design scheme of electrosurgical RF energy generator based on high efficiency DE class power amplifier is proposed. The simplified analysis of the DE type electrosurgical RF power amplifier circuit shows that its working process meets the ZVS and ZDS conditions and can effectively reduce the switching loss under high frequency. Changes in the load during surgery gives the corresponding curves of power and efficiency. The simulation and the actual circuit test show that the conversion efficiency of the DE RF amplifier at high frequency is very high, and the actual maximum power conversion efficiency can reach 96.2% under the ideal load (300Ω).
