1982年12月17～18日,北京市卫生局和北京市医药总公司主持召开了平喘药溴化异丙基东莨菪碱《异丙东碱》的鉴定会。国家医药管理局、中国医药工业公司、北京市科委等领导机关,以及来目全国各地的科研、生产、临床共31个单位的47名代表出席了会议。异丙东碱是北京制药工业研究所设计和合成的一种新的抗胆碱能类支气管扩张药。1981在以来,首都医院、朝阳医院、解放军总医院等八个单位,采用异丙东碱气雾剂,对466例支气管哮喘患者进行临床疗效观察,其中200例随机编组后,以异丙基阿托品气雾剂为对照组,用双盲法比较
December 17, 1982 to 18, Beijing Municipal Health Bureau and Beijing Pharmaceutical Corporation chaired an anti-asthma drug isopropyl scopolamine “isoproterenol” identification will. Isoproturon is a new anticholinergic bronchodilator designed and synthesized by Beijing Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry. In 1981, 466 patients with bronchial asthma were treated with Isopromide Aerosol in eight units, including Beijing Capital Hospital, Chaoyang Hospital and PLA General Hospital. The clinical efficacy of 200 cases was randomized and compared with isopropyl atropine Aerosol as control group, compared with double-blind method
