改革开放以来,我国的经济社会取得了长足的发展,我国的各个企业也取得了长远的进步。伴随着企业发展成熟,企业对员工的思想政治素质以及企业的文化建设也越来越重视。企业的思想政治工作和企业的文化建设是企业发展的灵魂和核心,决定着企业发展的方向。因此,如何将企业的思想政治工作与企业的文化建设有机地融合到一起成为了当前企业关注的问题。本文针对新形势下如何更好地加强思想政治工作,健全企业文化建设进行了探讨,以更好地促进企业的发展进步。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy and society have made considerable progress, and various enterprises in our country have also made long-term progress. With the development of enterprises, enterprises are paying more and more attention to the ideological and political quality of staff and the cultural construction of enterprises. The ideological and political work of the enterprise and the cultural construction of the enterprise are the soul and core of the enterprise development, which determine the direction of the enterprise’s development. Therefore, how to organically integrate the ideological and political work of enterprises with the cultural construction of enterprises has become the current concern of enterprises. This article aims at how to strengthen the ideological and political work and improve the corporate culture construction under the new situation to discuss in order to better promote the development of enterprises.
