本文研究发现木犀草素肌内注射(80和160mg/kg)对分别由角叉菜与酵母诱发的大鼠踝关节肿胀和巴豆油诱发大白鼠肉芽肿均有明显的抑制作用,提示有抗炎作用。但木犀草素(30和60mg/kg)肌内注射共用药30天能增加豚鼠的实验性过敏性脑脊髓炎的发病率,提示有免疫增强作用。
This study found that intramuscular injection of luteolin (80 and 160 mg/kg) significantly inhibited swelling of the ankle in rats induced by carrageenan and yeast and croton oil induced rat granuloma, suggesting anti-inflammatory effects. . However, the intramuscular injection of luteolin (30 and 60 mg/kg) for 30 days increased the incidence of experimental allergic encephalomyelitis in guinea pigs, suggesting an immunopotentiating effect.
