应用细胞图像分析仪、流式细胞分析仪检测50例乳腺癌标本,同时测定其雌激素受体水平和癌细胞的分化程度,从中发现随着癌细胞分化程度越差,癌细胞雌激素受体水平越低,癌细胞核的面积却增大,异倍体肿瘤的细胞核面积明显大于二倍体肿瘤的细胞核,且S期细胞比率增高。作者认为系统地对乳腺癌标本进行图像分析,流式细胞分析仪检测及癌组织的分级和受体状态的测定,对判断乳腺癌的生物学形态和遗传特性提供了更为客观的依据,为指导临床辅助治疗提供了客观的指标。
