为解决长距离带式输送机液压自动张紧系统的压力调节不连续不平稳的问题,在常规PID控制算法的基础上,针对具有时变、大滞后及非线性的系统,根据操作人员及专家的实际经验,提出专家PID控制策略。以带式输送机张紧装置启动过程为例,利用Matlab软件进行专家PID控制器的仿真,得到带式输送机启动过程中输送带所受张紧力的变化曲线。可以实现张紧装置在较短的时间内完成张紧力的平稳连续切换。
In order to solve the problem of discontinuous pressure regulation of hydraulic automatic tensioning system for long distance belt conveyors, based on the conventional PID control algorithm, aiming at system with time-varying, large delay and non-linearity, according to operators and experts The actual experience, proposed expert PID control strategy. Taking the start-up process of belt conveyor tensioner as an example, the simulation of expert PID controller is carried out by using Matlab software to get the curve of the tension of belt during start-up of belt conveyor. Tension can be achieved in a short period of time to complete a smooth and continuous tension switching.
