重离子束(Heavy-ion beam)作为一种新兴的肿瘤放射治疗手段,正受到科研工作者及患者的关注。我国继美国、日本及欧洲之后,利用重离子束在肿瘤治疗,尤其是浅表肿瘤治疗方面取得一定的突破,但在胶质瘤等深部肿瘤治疗方面经验较少。随着科学技术的不断发展,重离子束将会逐渐取代X射线及γ射线,在肿瘤治疗领域发挥越来越重要的作用。本文综述了重离子束在肿瘤治疗方面的治疗现状及胶质瘤治疗的现状及瓶颈,并展望了重离子束在肿瘤治疗中的未来前景。
Heavy-ion beam, as a new radiation therapy tool, is attracting the attention of researchers and patients. After the United States, Japan and Europe, China has made some breakthroughs in the treatment of tumors, especially superficial tumors with heavy ion beams. However, it has less experience in deep tumor treatment such as glioma. With the continuous development of science and technology, heavy ion beams will gradually replace X-rays and γ-rays and play an increasingly important role in the field of cancer treatment. This review summarizes the status quo and bottlenecks of heavy ion beam therapy in the treatment of cancer and the current situation of the treatment of glioma. The prospect of heavy ion beam in the treatment of cancer is also prospected.
