本文报告采用合力外加压手术治疗44例后极部孔源性视网膜脱离。术后随访3～12月，44例视网膜完全复位（100％）。术后获得0．02以上视力32例（72．7％）。脱盲率达到68．18％。描述了手术操作要点。讨论了合力外加压手术的原理和效果。指出该术式的优点是能建立一个良好的加压嵴以推顶裂孔，术中不放液，黄斑孔不电凝，不冷凝。强调正确选择手术适应证是手术成功的关键。
This article reports the use of combined external pressure surgery in 44 cases of posterior pole rhegmatogenous retinal detachment. All patients were followed up for 3 ~ 12 months, and 44 cases of retina were completely reset (100%). After surgery, more than 0.02 visual acuity in 32 cases (72.7%). Debinding rate reached 68.18%. Describe the main points of the operation. Discuss the principle and effect of combined external compression surgery. Pointed out that the advantages of this procedure is to establish a good pressure crest to push the hole, no liquid during operation, the macular hole does not coagulation, non-condensing. Emphasis on the correct choice of surgical indications is the key to successful surgery.
