在制造端已迈入工业4.0时代的今天,营销也同样进入了技术时代。对于既不懂技术,又缺乏互联网思维的经销商来讲,营销出路只有两条,一是发展O2O,二是向乡镇发展。但往乡镇下沉经销商自身的组织体系、物流、管理等又深入不下去,因此,发展O2O成为大部分家电经销商营销升级的必由之路。
