[目的]测定并分析评价烟台市部分海域不同种类海产品中Sb含量水平。[方法]利用氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定海产品中Sb含量,并采用方差分析及重金属单因子污染指数法对不同种类海产品中Sb含量状况进行分析。[结果]15种海产品Sb平均含量为0.006 3mg/kg,其中鱼类为0.004±0.000 4mg/kg,软体动物为0.005±0.000 3mg/kg,甲壳类为0.007±0.000 4mg/kg,贝类为0.009±0.001 1mg/kg,贝类海产品Sb含量显著高于鱼类、软体动物及甲壳类(P<0.05),所有海产品单因子污染指数均小于0.2,其中,蛏子的Sb单因子污染指数最高(0.030 0)。[结论]烟台市黄渤海海域所采集的15种海产品均检出重金属Sb,但Sb浓度处于正常水平,尚未出现Sb污染现象。
[Objective] The research aimed to determine and analyze the content of Sb in different kinds of seafood in some waters of Yantai. [Method] The content of Sb in seafood was determined by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry, and the content of Sb in different kinds of seafood was analyzed by analysis of variance and single factor pollution index of heavy metals. [Result] The average content of Sb in 15 kinds of marine products was 0.006 3mg / kg, of which 0.004 ± 0.000 4mg / kg for fish, 0.005 ± 0.000 3mg / kg for molluscs and 0.007 ± 0.000 4mg / kg for crustaceans, 0.009 ± 0.001 1mg / kg, and the content of Sb in shellfish products was significantly higher than that in fish, molluscs and crustaceans (P <0.05), and the single factor pollution index of all the seafoods was less than 0.2, among which the Sb single factor pollution index Highest (0.030 0). [Conclusion] The heavy metal Sb was detected in all the 15 kinds of seafood collected in the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea in Yantai City. However, the Sb concentration was at a normal level and no Sb pollution was observed.
