随着我国政府部门与事业单位改革的深入,财务工作作为提高单位工作水平的重要因素开始受到重视。基层行政事业单位常常出现的问题就是由于财务工作不够完善而导致单位的资金不能得到高效的使用,因此,对财务工作加以完善和改进必不可少。本文根据一些实践中的经验和总结,提出了关于基层行政事业单位的财务管理之中的问题,也提出了对应的改进之方法。 With the deepening of the reform of government departments and public institutions in our country, financial work has begun to receive the attention as an important factor to improve the working level of the unit. The basic problems that grassroots administrative institutions often face are that the funds of the units can not be used efficiently because the financial work is not perfect enough. Therefore, improving and improving the financial work is essential. Based on some practical experience and summary, this paper put forward some questions about the financial management of grass-roots administrative institutions and proposed the corresponding improvement methods.
