大型曲轴的全纤维成形工艺是保证曲轴能够在复杂的应力状态下正常工作的一种有效的工艺方案。由于其成形过程复杂,变形过程中的应力场和应变场很难用实验方法确定。本文基于AN-SYS工作平台,利用开发的三维有限变形弹塑性有限元程序,并利用开发的三维网格重划功能模块,模拟了曲轴的TR法成形过程,得到了曲轴在成形全过程中的应力场、应变场以及载荷位移曲线,为制定合理的成形工艺方案,优化模具设计,提高成形质量,以及提高模具寿命提供了可靠的依据
Large crankshaft fiber forming process is to ensure that the crankshaft can work in complex stress state an effective process. Due to its complicated forming process, it is difficult to determine the stress field and strain field in the deformation process experimentally. Based on the AN-SYS working platform, the developed three-dimensional finite element elasto-plastic finite element program is used to simulate the forming process of the crankshaft with TR method by using the developed three-dimensional grid to redraw the functional modules. Stress field, strain field and load displacement curve, which provide a reliable basis for formulating a reasonable forming process plan, optimizing the die design, improving the forming quality and increasing the die life
