应用SHE细胞对长江中下游5城市的源水及自来水进行细胞毒性及转化试验。结果表明,长江中下游的源水及自来水均可导致细胞的转化,且有较好的剂量-反应关系。转化灶特征表明所有转化灶细胞均失去了接触抑制的特点。
SHE cells were used to test the cytotoxicity and transformation of source and tap water in 5 cities in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. The results showed that the source and tap water in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River can lead to cell transformation, and have a good dose-response relationship. The characteristics of the foci indicate that all of the foci lack the contact inhibition characteristics.
