目的分析基层医院检验科医院感染控制现状及存在问题,制定有效的医院感染控制措施。方法调查分析基层医院检验科医院感染管理中存在的问题。结果检验科的实验室布局、工作环境、生物安全防护设施方面,工作人员、新增职工上岗前等医院感染知识培训、无菌操作意识和工作习惯等方面存在一系列不规范之处。结论基层医院应加大执行相关政策法规的力度,改进和完善医院感染管理体系,减少检验科的医源性感染,使医院感染得到有效控制。 Objective To analyze the current status and existing problems of infection control in primary hospitals and establish effective hospital infection control measures. Methods Investigate and analyze the problems in hospital infection management of primary hospital. Results There were a series of irregularities in laboratory layout, work environment, biosecurity facilities, staff training, knowledge of hospital infection before starting new employee induction, awareness of aseptic technique and working habit. Conclusions Grassroots hospitals should step up enforcement of related policies and regulations, improve and perfect the hospital infection management system, reduce the iatrogenic infection in the laboratory and effectively control the nosocomial infection.
