伐林栽参与平地栽参方法种植人参、西洋参挥发油含量比较

以伐林栽参与平地栽参2种方式种植的4年生人参和西洋参为试材,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取并测定了人参和西洋参根中挥发油含量;采用GC-MS分析总挥发油成分,比较研究了不同生长环境对人参、西洋参挥发油含量的影响。结果表明:伐林栽参种植方法的人参、西洋参挥发油总量(0.24%、0.26%)分别高于其相应年生平地种植品种(0.21%、0.25%);其中2种方式种植的人参挥发油总量差异显著(P<0.05),西洋参挥发油总量差异不显著(P>0.05);所有样品主要单体成分含量差别不显著(P>0.05)。 The 4-year-old ginseng and American ginseng planted in two ways of planting planted planting in flatland were taken as the test materials. The volatile oil content in root of ginseng and American ginseng was extracted and determined by steam distillation. The components of total volatile oil were analyzed by GC-MS. The effects of different growth environments on the volatile oil content of ginseng and American ginseng were studied. The results showed that the total amount of volatile oil of ginseng and American ginseng (0.24%, 0.26%) was higher than that of their corresponding annuals (0.21%, 0.25%). The total amount of ginseng volatile oil planted in 2 ways (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the total amount of volatile oil in American ginseng (P> 0.05). The content of main monomer components in all samples was not significantly different (P> 0.05).
