目的观察安普贴对Ⅱ°放射性皮肤损伤的修复治疗效果。方法将放疗疗程中发生的Ⅱ°放射性皮肤损伤47例随机分为两组,观察组24例用安普贴覆盖Ⅱ°放射性皮肤损伤创面,对照组23例用传统干燥疗法(松花粉等外涂创面)治疗,对比观察损伤修复效果。结果安普贴可使皮肤创面平均愈合天数和平均愈合速度明显加快,两组有显著差异(P<0.01),观察组临床症状迅速改变。结论安普贴对Ⅱ°放射性皮肤损伤的愈合有良好的促进作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Ampressing on the repair of Ⅱ ° radiation-induced skin lesions. Methods Forty-seven cases of Ⅱ ° radiological skin lesions during radiotherapy were randomly divided into two groups. 24 cases in the observation group were covered with Ampoules with Ⅱ ° radiation wounds, and 23 cases in the control group were treated with traditional dry therapy Wound) treatment, comparative observation damage repair effect. Results Amphenol could significantly improve the average wound healing time and the average healing rate of the wounds (P <0.01). The clinical symptoms of the observation group changed rapidly. Conclusion Ampule has a good effect on the healing of Ⅱ ° radioactive skin lesions.
