引言由Nekrasova等首创的几种重要经济果树的离体芽在试管内的培养工作,已发展为植物增殖的微型繁殖法。微型繁殖即是把离体芽培养在富含细胞分裂素的培养基上,通过侧生分生组织的生长物产生大量幼茎。然后将这些幼茎再培养在含有生长素或含有生长素及一些附加物(如间苯三酚)的培养基上,使形成不定根。生了根的枝即可移入温室种植,再从温室移到田间。
Introduction The in vitro culture of in vitro buds of several important economic fruit trees pioneered by Nekrasova et al. Has developed into a micropropagation method for plant proliferation.
